Fred and I send our sympathy to all the family. I shall remember Muriel (Holly), my Education professor at DePauw University, for her giant eyes, especially when she spoke of the fabulous illustrations of Tasha Tudor. I also remember her for her love for her wonderful husband, Elgin, and for her love of their darling boxers. She had an endearing way of engaging with people and dogs. In education classes she shared her passion for children and made us eager to get started as public school teachers.

I graduated from DePauw where I was an Alpha Chi Omega in '64 and moved to Atlanta where I roomed with Moby Macey. Later there was Ellen and Holly and with that many memories of good times. I can see Muriel and Elgin and their dogs in my mind's eye today as I fondly remember.
