Obituary

Mr. James David "JD" McDivitt, 88 of Brighton, passed away on December 24, 2020 at his residence. Mr. McDivitt was a construction worker and a United States Marine Corps veteran. 

Mr. McDivitt is survived by his wife, Erma Medema McDivitt; his daughter, Toni McDivitt of Knoxville; his brothers, Jack McDivitt of Brighton, Danny McDivitt of Memphis, Ricky McDivitt of Brighton, and Nicky McDivitt of Millington; and his sister, Gail McDivitt Presley of Jackson. Mr. McDivitt was preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Madeline Allen McDivitt; and by his siblings, Pete McDivitt, Jr. and John McDivitt. 

Visitation for Mr. McDivitt will be held on Tuesday, December 29, from 10:00 - 12:00, with funeral services to follow at 12:00. Interment will take place in Mt.Lebanon Cemetery with Rev. Jerry McDivitt officiating.
